In 2017, an extraordinary classic car museum opened its doors to the public in Augsburg. On 1,500 m², visitors at this industrial monument – a former tram depot – can admire up to 40 lovingly restored cars that document automotive milestones in the history of a Japanese car manufacturer. At the adjoining 850 m² event venue and restaurant, there is room for all kinds of unique events.
Our task
Consulting work and developing a new utilization concept for a listed property: Creating the museum concept, dividing and marketing the three components (museum, event venue, catering), brand positioning in line with advertisements from the 60s and 70s, conducting a profitability analysis, negotiating and concluding contracts with catering and event partners.
